As we shared this morning, there’s much to see and do at our Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge booth at Star Wars Celebration Chicago, including getting a first look at some of the exclusive merchandise that will only be available at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Resort and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
We thought Disney Parks Blog readers would enjoy a special peek at some of the new Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge items on display today:
During Star Wars Celebration, new merchandise exclusive to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will be displayed at the booth each day this weekend. The first group of items from the Resistance Supply and First Order Cargo include an X-Wing Helmet, a Resistance Rank Badge set as well as a variety of other items, including a Wookie bag.
We’ll have more exclusive Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge merchandise to share from the event, so be sure to check the Disney Parks Blog next week. And on Saturday from 11 a.m.- 12:30 CST, don’t miss our #DisneyParksLIVE stream of the “Bringing Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to Life at Disney Parks” panel.

Get ready to dance as #DisneyParksLIVE returns to Disneyland park on Tuesday, March 19, with a live stream of “Mickey’s Mix Magic!”
As part of Get Your Ears On – A Mickey and Minnie Celebration, “Mickey’s Mix Magic” is a high-energy projection show lighting up the night as we celebrate the one and only Mickey Mouse! This nightly extravaganza creates a family-fun dance party throughout Disneyland park, with state-of-the-art projections, colorful lighting, dazzling lasers and “DJ” Mickey spinning remixes of new and favorite Disney tunes. On select nights, “Mickey’s Mix Magic” goes sky high when the show is enhanced with the addition of fireworks.

The year 2018 is winding down, but we aren’t done with our popular #DisneyParksLIVE streams for the year quite yet. Today we’re happy to share that we will again stream New Year’s Eve fireworks live from Magic Kingdom Park on Monday, December 31 at 11:45 p.m. ET.
This year’s New Year’s Eve celebration at Magic Kingdom Park will feature a special performance of “Fantasy in the Sky” fireworks that includes songs from some of the most beloved Disney films, including “Peter Pan,” “Pinocchio” and “Aladdin,” plus tunes from “it’s a small world” and the Haunted Mansion. Be sure to be on the lookout for a special New Year’s Eve finale.
